If you have to get a root canal, this is the place to do it. I am a highly anxious dental patient and I was thrilled with the care I received by Dr. Cohen and her highly capable and compassionate team- from start to finish. If you are an anxious person, this is where you should put your trust. Dr. Cohen and her team took every step to make my experience comfortable and quick. Imagine my surprise when it was little more than getting a filling in terms of time.

Had a fantastic experience with my recent root canal! This office is fantastic! I hope I never need another root canal, but I would come back here if I did. I was in so much pain and I called the moment they opened and Elisabeth got me scheduled for the same day. I worked with Tiffany and Dr. Cohen. Both of them have great bedside manner and really cared about my comfort and my experience as a patient! Dr. Cohen even called the next day to check in on me and my healing. I was given a clear estimate of the costs before I went back for my procedure. The estimate was worst-case-scenario pricing, and a few of the items on that estimate did not need to be done during my procedure- which of course they removed at check out. When I went to pay it was almost half the price of what the original estimate was. I value offices that do this kind of expectation setting and transparency. Really helps you plan for the worst but hope for the best!

I received excellent care from Dr. Cohen and her staff. Dr. Cohen is so caring and kind, not to mention excellent at her endodontic work. I explained that I had a bad experience with another dentist recently, so I was a bit anxious. I was so impressed at the way she made me feel calm and at ease. She did two root canals for me within the period of 2 months and both went smoothly although there was a problem with one of them due to a problem that had nothing to do with her. She and her staff saw me multiple times as we tried to figure out what was wrong. I was impressed with their patience. You don’t get this kind of service often anymore. I will definitely return here if I ever need endodontic work again. If you must get this kind of dental work, I highly recommend West Seattle Endodontics.

Fantastic experience! Dr. Cohen and the rest of the staff have a very warm and comforting demeanor. The costs, risks, and details of the procedure were fully explained to my satisfaction. The actual root canal was uncomfortable but not painful, and Dr. Cohen and her assistant checked in on me frequently. I felt very cared for. They also bantered the whole time, and although they put a TV show on for me to watch, I mostly just listened to the two of them talk because they were so friendly and fun. Would definitely recommend their office!

Dr Cohen is focused on the needs of each patient & understanding the issue. I'm very anxious about dental visits/procedures. Dr Cohen is kind, caring and attentive. I went to her asking for a 2nd opinion about a possible root canal. She discovered a crack that another endodontist missed. Dr Cohen is intelligent & experienced, visit her clinic.
